Rubber Metal Bonded Bushing
The essence of rubber-metal bonded bushings is a "composite structural functional component" : the metal frame provides rigid support to ensure that the bushing can withstand radial, axial or torsional loads (such as the load-bearing of automotive suspensions and the force transmission of steering systems). The rubber layer achieves vibration isolation and shock buffering through elastic deformation, and at the same time consumes vibration energy through its own damping characteristics (internal friction), avoiding the risk of resonance. The key lies in its "bonding" process - rubber and metal need to form a strong interface bond to prevent delamination and peeling under long-term loading or vibration.
