Conical Mounts
A conical mounts is an elastic support device composed of rubber and metal steel plates that are laminated, bonded, and vulcanized. Its overall or internal structure has a conical shape with a small upper part and a large lower part. It belongs to an important variant of rubber isolation bearings/rubber bearings.
A conical mounts is a shock-absorbing, isolating, or supporting component with a cone or truncated cone (conical platform) as the core structural form. By combining the mechanical properties of the conical structure with the elastic buffering of flexible materials such as rubber, vibration and impact isolation as well as stable support for the equipment have been achieved. Its core advantages lie in its powerful multi-directional vibration control capability, uniform load distribution, and compact installation space. It is widely used in scenarios such as industrial equipment, transportation, and electronic instruments that require a balance between "space constraints" and "multidimensional vibration reduction".
