Fluororubber Seals

Fluororubber seals have significant advantages over other seals in the following aspects:

Chemical resistance: It can withstand various highly corrosive media such as strong acids, strong alkalis, strong oxidants, and aviation fuel, while nitrile rubber is prone to erosion in highly corrosive media.
High-temperature resistance: The long-term service temperature can reach -20 ℃ to 260℃, and it can even withstand a short-term high temperature of 300℃. Although silicone rubber is also resistant to high and low temperatures, its chemical stability at high temperatures is not as good as that of fluororubber.
Aging resistance: It ages slowly in environments such as ozone, ultraviolet rays, and humidity, and has a long service life, which is superior to the aging speed of chloroprene rubber and other materials in outdoor environments.
Small compression set: Under the long-term action of high temperature and high pressure, it can still maintain good elasticity and sealing performance. Nitrile rubber and others have relatively large compression sets under similar working conditions.
It has a wide range of applicable working conditions: It can operate stably in extremely harsh working conditions such as chemical reaction vessels, aero engines, and downhole petroleum tools. Other sealing parts find it difficult to meet so many extreme conditions simultaneously.
