Plateform Mounts
A rubber platform mounts is a block shaped, pad shaped, or custom shaped support device made of elastic rubber material (usually mixed with metal or other reinforcing materials). It is placed between the platform (such as mechanical equipment platform, steel structure platform, container base, etc.) and the foundation (ground, deck, concrete base), playing multiple roles.
Metal parts: usually used as installation interfaces, providing structural strength, rigidity, and connection points. Common forms include bolts, bushings, brackets, platform plates, etc.
Rubber part: As the functional core, it provides elastic deformation to achieve functions such as vibration reduction, noise isolation, sealing, and buffering.
Its core value lies in the combination of the structural strength of metals and the elastic properties of rubber, achieving a balance of rigidity and flexibility.
Manufacturing process
Metal processing: strict cleaning, sandblasting, degreasing of metal surfaces, and then coating with specialized adhesives (primer).
Pre molding: Pressing uncured raw rubber material into a specific shape.
Insert into mold: Place the processed metal parts and pre formed rubber material into the heated mold.
Vulcanization molding: Under high temperature and high pressure, rubber undergoes vulcanization reaction (cross-linking curing), and its molecules form strong chemical bonds with the adhesive on the metal surface.
Cooling trimming: After demolding, cool down and trim off excess burrs.
Features and advantages
High reliability: Through chemical vulcanization bonding, the bonding strength between rubber and metal is very high, avoiding the risk of detachment or separation during use, and the service life is much longer than mechanical pressing methods.
Performance designability: By changing the formula of rubber (hardness, damping), geometric shape (conical, cylindrical, rectangular), and the structure of metal parts, its stiffness (hard or soft), damping characteristics, and dynamic performance in different directions (axial, radial, lateral) can be precisely "customized" to match specific load and frequency requirements.
Integrated: It is a complete component from the factory, without the need for on-site assembly, easy to install, and has good performance consistency.
Multi degree of freedom vibration isolation: One installation point can usually provide vibration isolation and buffering in multiple directions (up and down, left and right, front and back) simultaneously.

A: Our company does not have a minimum order quantity.
Q: Can I get a sample?
A: Of course. We usually provide existing samples for free. But customized design requires a sample fee. When the order reaches a certain quantity, the sample fee can be refunded.
Q: How long is the sample delivery cycle?
A: For the existing samples, it will take approximately 2 days.
If you want your own design, it will take 7-10 days, depending on the product you need to purchase.
Q: How long is the production delivery cycle?
A: The minimum order quantity is approximately 15 days.
Q: What is the shipping cost?
A: In order to save you costs and enable you to receive the goods earlier, we recommend small batch express delivery. For large quantities of goods, we recommend air or sea freight.
Q: If I want my own design, what format of file do you need?
A: We have our own professional designers. Therefore, you can provide formats such as JPG, PDF, STEP, STL, DWG, etc.
