Gasket Viton Rubber
Fluororubber gasket is a sealing component made of synthetic polymers with fluorine atoms on the carbon atoms of the main or side chains. This type of rubber, due to its unique molecular structure, exhibits special advantages that general rubber cannot match. It has many excellent properties and is widely used in multiple industrial fields. Fluororubber gaskets (fluororubber gaskets) have the characteristics of high temperature resistance, oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance. Its working temperature range is -30 ℃ to+250 ℃, and the working pressure can reach 3.0MPa. Its tensile strength exceeds 7.5MPa, elongation exceeds 100%, and Shore hardness is greater than 70.
It is a "sealing expert" under extreme working conditions, with core advantages such as resistance to high and low temperatures, chemical corrosion and an extremely long service life. It is widely used in fields with extremely high requirements for sealing reliability, such as chemical engineering, energy and aviation. Despite its high cost, its performance is irreplaceable and it is a key component to ensure the safe operation of equipment.

Core performance advantages
Extremely wide range of high and low temperature resistance
The working temperature range is usually -20 ℃ to 200℃. Some modified formulas can be as low as -40 ℃ or as high as 260℃. It can withstand temperatures above 300℃ for a short period (several hours), far exceeding the tolerance limit of common rubbers (such as nitrile rubber and chloroprene rubber), and is suitable for sealing high-temperature equipment (such as engine exhaust pipes and oven flanges).
Excellent chemical resistance
It is resistant to the vast majority of chemical media, including
Strong corrosive substances: acids (such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid), bases (such as sodium hydroxide), organic solvents (such as acetone, toluene);
All kinds of oils: mineral oil, hydraulic oil, gasoline, diesel, and strongly polar oils;
Industrial gases: ozone, chlorine, fluorine and other corrosive gases.
This characteristic makes it the preferred sealing material for highly corrosive environments such as chemical engineering and pharmaceuticals.
Extremely strong aging resistance and weather resistance
It is not prone to cracking, hardening or degradation when exposed to ultraviolet rays, ozone, humidity or high temperature for a long time. Its service life is much longer than that of ordinary rubber (usually 3 to 5 times that of nitrile rubber), and it is suitable for outdoor equipment that is used for a long time or operates for a long period (such as oil drilling platforms and nuclear power plant pipelines).
High sealing stability
It has excellent compressibility and resilience as well as creep resistance. It can maintain sealed contact under long-term pressure loads and does not adhere to most sealing surfaces (such as metal, ceramic, plastic, etc.), making it suitable for static high-pressure sealing (such as pressure vessel flanges, valve joints).
