Cylindrical Rubber Mounts

Cylindrical rubber mounts, also known as circular plate rubber bearing, is mainly used to reliably transmit loads, adapt to beam end rotation and horizontal displacement. ‌
Cylindrical rubber brackets are usually made by alternately stacking multiple layers of natural rubber or chloroprene rubber sheets with thin steel plates, and then vulcanization, bonding, and pressing them together. This composite structure endows the support with sufficient vertical stiffness to withstand vertical loads, good elasticity to adapt to beam end rotation, and large shear deformation capacity to meet the horizontal displacement requirements of the beam. ‌

Application

Vibration isolation: Block the transmission of equipment vibration to the outside (for example, motor vibration is isolated through shock absorbers to reduce the impact on the ground and factory structure), or isolate the interference of external vibration on precision equipment (for example, CNC machine tools and optical instruments are isolated through shock absorbers to avoid the impact of ground vibration on processing/measurement accuracy).

Impact buffering: Absorb instantaneous impact energy (such as equipment transportation jolts, mechanical start-stop impacts, component collisions), and protect fragile components (such as circuit boards, glass components, seals) from damage.

Noise reduction: By weakening the transmission of vibration, it reduces structural noise caused by "vibration resonance" (such as low-frequency noise resulting from the rigid connection between equipment and the base).

Displacement compensation: By taking advantage of the slight deformation of rubber, it compensates for installation errors of equipment (such as uneven bases) or thermal expansion and contraction displacements during operation, avoiding stress concentration caused by rigid connections and extending the service life of equipment.

Stable support: While reducing shock, it provides stable load-bearing support for the equipment (especially for the composite frame type, which can withstand large static/dynamic loads), ensuring that the equipment does not shift during operation.
