Rubber parameters: Select hardness (30-50 Shore A for flexible materials and 70-90 Shore A for heavy lamination), temperature resistance range (NBR for normal temperature and SI for high temperature), and medium resistance (NBR for contact ink and PU for contact glue) based on the working conditions.
Precision requirements: For drive/fit roller bodies, attention should be paid to cylindricity (≤0.02mm) and coaxiality (≤0.01mm). In high-precision scenarios (such as the electronics industry), the cylindricity should be increased to ≤0.005mm.
Dimensions and installation: The roller diameter and length should match the space of the equipment frame. The type of shaft head (such as keyway shaft, flange shaft) should be compatible with the transmission system to avoid installation deviations.
