Typical structural composition

 

The structural design of the anti-vibration installation plate focuses on "support stability" and "shock absorption effectiveness", and usually includes four core parts:

 

Rigid substrate: As the foundation for installation and load-bearing, its materials are mostly metals (such as cold-rolled steel plates, aluminum alloys, and stainless steel in some high-precision scenarios) or high-strength engineering plastics (such as nylon, ABS). The surface of the substrate usually reserves bolt holes, positioning slots or installation holes to facilitate the direct fixation of the equipment. The metal substrate may undergo anti-rust treatment (such as galvanization or powder coating) to enhance its environmental adaptability.

 

Shock absorption element (core): The key component for achieving shock absorption function, which can be divided into "built-in" and "external" types.


Built-in type: Shock-absorbing materials (such as rubber, polyurethane elastomers) or shock-absorbing structures (such as micro springs, damping plates) are directly embedded inside or at the bottom of the substrate, featuring an integrated design with the substrate and a compact structure.

 

External type: The base plate is equipped with independent shock-absorbing accessories (such as rubber foot pads, bolt-type shock absorbers). Users can replace the shock-absorbing elements as needed, offering greater flexibility.

 

Positioning and fixing structures: such as the clips at the edge of the base plate, the anti-slip pads at the bottom, and the adjusting bolts on the side, etc., are used to ensure the stable connection between the installation plate itself and the foundation (such as the frame, ground, workbench), and prevent the installation plate from shifting or sliding.

 

Auxiliary function layer (optional): Some high-end models will add protective layers (such as waterproof and anti-corrosion coatings), sound insulation layers (such as sound-absorbing cotton) or buffer layers (such as soft rubber surfaces) to adapt to special environments (such as damp, dusty, and high-noise scenarios).
