Pneumatic support rubber airbag is a device that achieves elastic support by injecting compressed air. It is mainly made of high-strength rubber material and vulcanized fiber cloth, and has the characteristics of reusability, good flexibility, and aging resistance.

Rubber bladder are vulcanized from natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and high-strength fiber cloth, and the air pressure inside is controlled by an inflation valve. During work, compressed air causes the airbag to expand, forming a supporting force; After deflation, the Rubber bladder contracts, making it easy to reuse.

Inflation (increase in air pressure) → airbag volume expands, height rises, stiffness increases → provides greater support and harder characteristics
Deflation (decrease in air pressure) → airbag volume shrinks, height decreases, stiffness decreases → provides less support and softer characteristics

1.Adjustable stiffness: This is its core advantage. By simply adjusting the internal air pressure, its load-bearing capacity and elastic stiffness can be changed, thereby achieving a "soft hard" change to adapt to different loads and working conditions.
2.Low natural frequency and good isolation effect: The natural frequency of air spring systems can be made very low (usually up to 1-3Hz), which is very effective in isolating low-frequency vibrations (such as precision instrument isolation and high-end car suspension).
3.Highly controllable: Regardless of how the load changes, a constant working height can be maintained through a height valve or electronic control system, which is crucial for platforms that require horizontal operations such as production lines and operating tables.
4.Wide load range: The same airbag can support loads ranging from hundreds of kilograms to tens of tons by changing the air pressure, making it highly versatile.
5.Good fatigue resistance and service life: Under proper use, its service life is much longer than traditional steel springs.
6.Adjustable damping characteristics: The damping characteristics can be adjusted through additional throttling holes or external dampers to optimize the shock absorption effect.
