Rectangular Rubber Bellows

Rectangular rubber corrugated pipe is a flexible sleeve made of rubber or elastic material with a rectangular or square cross-section and a corrugated wall. Its core design aims to provide sealing, protection, and displacement compensation for non cylindrical moving parts or channels.

Rectangular rubber bellows (also known as rectangular rubber compensator or rectangular expansion joint) is a flexible and pressure resistant pipe fitting that plays an important role in mechanical systems. It mainly consists of a rectangular corrugated tube and two rectangular end nozzles. End pipes can be directly welded to pipelines, or flanges can be welded and connected to pipelines. Compensation function: By means of the elastic deformation of its own bending components, it absorbs the thermal expansion and contraction of the pipeline caused by temperature changes during operation, equipment vibration, and multi-directional deviations that occur during installation and connection. It has the compensation capabilities in the axial (length direction of the pipeline), lateral (radial direction of the pipeline), and angular directions, effectively protecting the pipeline and equipment interfaces.

Noise reduction and vibration isolation: Rubber material itself has excellent sound absorption and vibration reduction performance, which can significantly weaken the noise and vibration generated by the operation of systems such as boilers, fans, and water pumps, and reduce their transmission in pipelines, thereby minimizing the impact of equipment operation on the surrounding environment.
