Molded Plastic Slider
Compression molding is a widely used plastic processing technique. The principle is to place preheated plastic raw materials (usually in powder, granular, or fibrous form) into a heated mold cavity, then close the mold and soften, flow, and fill the cavity under high temperature and pressure. After a certain period of pressure curing, the mold can be demolded to obtain plastic products with the same shape as the mold cavity.
