High density polyethylene (HDPE) is a high-performance thermoplastic synthetic resin widely used in many industrial and civilian fields due to its excellent comprehensive properties. ‌

High density polyethylene is a linear structured polyethylene formed by the polymerization of ethylene under low-temperature and low-pressure conditions using a catalyst, and is therefore also known as low-pressure polyethylene. ‌
Its appearance is white powder or granules, with a density ranging from 0.941 to 0.960 g/cm ³, high crystallinity, and features non-toxic, odorless, and non absorbent properties. ‌
This material has good heat and cold resistance, strong chemical stability, and combines high rigidity, toughness, and mechanical strength

1. Physical properties

• High temperature resistance: The softening point is 125-135 ℃, and the operating temperature can reach 100 ℃.
• High strength: The tensile strength and toughness are superior to low-density polyethylene (LDPE), while also having good wear resistance.
• Corrosion resistance: Strong chemical stability, resistant to acid, alkali, and organic solvent corrosion, especially suitable for the chemical industry. ‌

2.Processing characteristics

• Recyclability: 100% recyclable, meeting environmental requirements.
• Easy to process: Supports various molding processes such as injection molding, blow molding, extrusion molding, etc., suitable for the production of complex components.

3.Application scenarios

• In the industrial field, pipelines, containers, conveyor belts, etc. are widely used in construction and transportation due to their compressive and wear-resistant properties.
• Daily necessities: food packaging, containers, etc., in compliance with food safety standards. ‌

Mould Design Process:

Step 1: Analyze the product drawings
Step 2: Create the Design for Manufacturability (DFM) report
Step 3: Make the mould flow analysis
Step 4: Design tooling drawings
Step 5: Mould making

Once the mould making is finished, we'll make several pieces of pre-production samples for test, if the dimensions are correct,then we will send the samples to customers for final confirmation. If the test failed, we will modify the mould or adjust the molding parameter to make new samples, and test it again. Once the samples are approval by customers, we will purchase the raw material and making quality inspection. Then mixing material, molding and trimming, we will make many times of inspection during the production. Finally we will arrange the assembly and packing. After whole order is ready, we will send the packing list to customer to arrange the shipment.
